Launched in 2014, Cascadia Development Partners, LLC is a full-service commercial real estate development company, bringing together seasoned real estate professionals from the Portland metro and Southwest Washington markets. With nearly 100 years of combined commercial real estate experience between our principles, our team has collectively developed over 10 million square feet of quality commercial projects in the Pacific Northwest.

Our team members have a strong history and proven track record of developing community centric retail, mixed-use, multi-family, and medical projects. We are committed to growing a brand that develops successful and attractive projects, while building strong long-standing relationships with our communities, investors, lenders, consultants and tenants. CDP was founded on the vision of developing distinctive commercial projects that have a profound impact on the livability of communities, while maximizing returns to investors.

COMMUNITY

At CDP, community is one of our defining principles, and as part of that passion, CDP has created a distinctive and functional meeting and event space, which is available to all members of the community. We offer discounted rates for non profits and community organizations and to date, have held many varied and successful events in the space.
