Project Summary:
The Oliveen is a phased multifamily development encompassing 263 units in total. The unit offering includes 1-bedroom and 2-bedroom units, as well as extended-stay apartments with various configurations. Phase 1, aiming for completion in Fall of 2022, will include 118 homes, and 6 extended-stay units, as well as 200 parking stalls across 3.9 acres. Amenities including an outdoor pool, resident lounge, exercise facility, conference room, and outdoor patio will be delivered by completion of Phase 1.

Phase 2 will span the remaining development area, delivering 131 dwelling units and 8 extended-stay apartments across two buildings. Deliverable amenities at the completion of Phase 2 include two outdoor patios with BBQ’s and a firepit, resident storage, and an exercise facility. 279 parking stalls will also become available. Targeted completion for Phase 2 is March of 2023.
